HPU Bookstore is unable to guarantee that the condition you request of any title will be available. To provide you with the books you requested, HPU will automatically substitute with the available in stock condition. HPU will ship you a "new" copy and charge you accordingly. We regret that we are unable to notify you in advance of any such changes to an order.

If you do not want us to automatically substitute the condition, just put "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" in the Special Shipping Instructions section when checking out. We will then only ship you the condition requested and will cancel any items we are unable to fulfill.

All textbooks that have an “Ebk” before the title indicates that the book is available in an electronic format (PDF).  While it is listed as optional, it can be substituted for the hard copy version of the text allowing you to choose the format that works best for you.  Click on “eBOOKS” located on the home page of this site for more information.

If you have an APO address, in the ship to section please make up a city, state and zip code.  Then in the "special shipping instructions", type out the exact address you want your books shipped to.
